Welcome to Haus Up, the home service app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Marketplace Platform

Haus Up operates as a marketplace connecting users ("Users") with home service providers ("Service Providers"). We do not provide home services directly. Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Haus Up.

 

2. Service Provider Verification

All Service Providers on our platform have undergone a verification process to confirm their trade license and identity details. However, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of their services. Users are encouraged to exercise their discretion and judgment when hiring Service Providers.

 

3. User Responsibilities

a. Users are responsible for verifying the credentials, qualifications, licenses, insurance, and any other pertinent details of Service Providers before engaging their services.

b. Users must communicate their requirements clearly and accurately to Service Providers and agree upon service terms, including pricing and scope, directly with the Service Provider.

 

4. App Usage and Conduct

a. Users agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

b. Users must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities when using the App.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

a. Haus Up is not responsible for disputes, disagreements, or issues that may arise between Users and Service Providers. However, we encourage Users to report any concerns regarding Service Providers' conduct or services.

b. Users and Service Providers agree to resolve disputes amongst themselves and hold Haus Up harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from such disputes.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Haus Up shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

 

7. Modification of Terms

Haus Up reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

 

8. Termination

Haus Up reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for Users or Service Providers who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct, at our sole discretion.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
